nice spa quiete very close to the skiroad

-the breakfast was terrible -curtains and carpet in the room where very old and smelly -the worst linen i ve ever seen. the under sheets didnt even cover the whole bed. the old mattress was in your face

This is really nice hotel in Bansko. We will be back again. The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable with mountain view. Good location, design, breakfast, very friendly staff, excellent swimming pool and spa facilities! Excellentis the word for this hotel!!!:-)

The food for breakfast is the same every day and the fried sausages are not good. Water in the swimming pool and jacuzzi is too cold. Between approx 19:00 and 22:00 the heating in the room goes cold and so does the water in the shower. Not very nice after coming back from the spa when you want to take a shower and stay at warm.

The rooms were good and the hotel is new. The forest is just next to the hotel. The swimming pool was nice and some of the staff were very friendly. The hotel offered a bus to the ski lift.

The hotel is so far away from Bansko that it is hard to go outside without a car (the location on the map is wrong, this hotel is further from the ski lift). The quality of the restaurant in the hotel was very bad. It was obvious they used the cheapest possible products on the market and the cook did some of the meals very bad. Even the simplest meals like kebapche and kyufte were ruined - they were half-raw.

The room was nice and warm. Free shuttle service to Ski Centre. Breakfast was satisfying. Staff knows English very well and eager to help you. Internet fast, although on cable. Spa Area is nice and beautifully connected to the rooms through a separate elevator.

Would be nice to have Wifi,as many devices now need it. Would also be nice to have more English channels on TV.

The noise from something faulty banging all night sent us insane and that was the reason we booked for a good nights sleep!!!

Friendly staff. Sympathetic breakfast. They change the bath towels every day and keep the room quite clean. Spacious rooms for placing snow equipment.

It is not walking distance from the gondola. It is 10 minutes walk with sneakers shoes, definitely not with ski or snowboard boots plus equipment.

no underground parking. breakfast at 08:00 is too late if you want to go for ski. hotel is 1000 meters away from gondola lift!!! (το ξενοδοχείο δεν ειναι εκει που δείχνει η photo και οι συντεταγμένες που σου δίνουν με το e-mail ειναι επίσης λάθος. είναι πιο πάνω)

Rooms were comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful.

Children running around the corridors shouting unsupervised.
